Makan Masakan Kerang di Negeri Orang ( *The easy way to cook Clams/seashell )

salam semua, g'afternoon..

it's very reasonable that i've been being invisible for these several weeks. About a month ahead from now, al Azhar University's having a final exam and i'm attending to it.

weather is so good today, no matter i found many troubles in traffic. i visited nuansa house. i got annie was going to cook clams. for me it's the first time i eat clams in egypt, remembering past a long long time ago, my grandma who used to cook clams for me in my childhood.

we've browsed along the internet pages about how to cook clams. we also asked a lot to chat friend related to this food until we found the good tips to cook clams.

whatever you r going to cook that clams, don't pour a lot water or don't pour any water at all. because clams produce 'water' - don't add a lot of salt or don't add at all. We all know that clams come from the sea, so it's automatically salted.

last, we'll share the simple way to cook clams:
ingredients: garlic, chili, coriander, pepper, and water of lemons.

clean the clams, blend the ingredients, then boil them without pouring any water. if the shells have broken, turn off the fire and serve;)

selamat mencoba;)
